TODAYS CONDITIONING WORKOUT:
Sprints: warm up and 12x60yd sprints
Tire Flips 4x 9-10ish with only 90 sec break
Sled Pulls(with harness): 40yd 135lbx2 180x2 225x2
Then in my moment of randomness I pulled the sled for 40yds, flipped the tire 10 times and then pulled the sled back. Horrible idea.
Prowler Suicides: 3 sets 50lbs 3min of rest
The end.
We are not all that different. I’ve been known to flip tires, use sledge hammers, and pushpull the sleds.

Yesterdays SQUAT Workout:
Squats: 135x10 185x8 225x6 245x4 265x3 (3sets->)275x3 (I take about 3-4min rest once i get heavy)
Lunges: 50,60,70,80,90 (i normally dont do these so early in my workout because the weight only goes to 110 and its not that heavy but i decided to put in on my shoulders and walk to the place I would lunge and then walk back, that made it WAAAAAY harder!!! I only got to 90…)
Single Leg Stiff Legged Deadlift: sets of 10 30lb, 35, 35, 35
That was it. Nothing super exciting, I had to get home to do something with my family. It felt good to go heavy again.

I couldnt hold a 90lb DB! At least not long enough to do a lunge with it. But thank you tho 
Yesterdays BENCH workout: I made some adjustments to my benching, I am now wearing a belt&will be using boards under my feet. I have short legs
Im only 5’2 This helps me get a CRAZY arch!
Bench Press: warm up
95x3 115x3 135x3 135x2 155x1 (I was SO pumped about this weight!! My goal is to get at least 175@my nationals meet in august so im really happy I am so close!)
Push Ups: 25, 20, 15 (a min rest in between)
Overhead Squats: 45x10, 65x5, 65x5, 65x5
(SS) OH Press: 45x10, 65x5, 65x5, 65x5 (supersetting OHpress with UH squats is a BITCH. these or front squats will TORCH your upper body, fo real)
Then I just did a medley of db curls, lateral raises and arnold presses.
Sprints: after warm up 10x60yard sprints
Also, I am starting a new diet today…I have stalled out on my weight loss since my meet so a good friend of mine, (Alan Krutulis) and the co-owner of Innervated Systems (the gym I train at) has made me a diet plan. I dont know if my intensity/strength will be affected or not but we will see!!

You mentioned a Nationals Meet in August, and I was asking if it is the 100% Raw federation’s meet, as I’m doing the same meet in AZ on August 6th.
Then Dixie, being the gearwhore that he is (geared powerlifting) chimes in with his “RAAAAAWWW” comment, and going on about how much better geared lifting is (in his eyes)
Then, I informed him that I’ve mentioned I would get into gear later in my PL career
And then he put in a perfectly timed picture, showing his nerdyness.
Basically, it was a complete hijack, sorry about that. I just wanted to know which fed you’re lifting in and when the meet is.
