BENCH DAY (POWERLIFTING STYLE)

Wide Grip Pullups: 5x2

Bench Press:
warmed up
95x3 115x3 (3sets) 125x3

Chinups: 5x2-3

Pushups: (Ok, I wanted to see how many I could do in a row after all of that other stuff. 2 months ago I was able to do 36 pushups in a row completely fresh)
(2min rest)
1 set: 37
2 set: 25
3 set: 20

I was so psyched about that! I havent done them more than 3 times since my meet so I am happy my strength has increased. I still have that goal of 100 in a row. I wonder how long it will take me to get to that point…what do you guys think?

Turkish Getups: (my arms were TREMBLING at this point)

3 sets 15lbx8

Stairmaster: 30min for 1min intervals

I am TRASHED right now. But it was freakin awesome!!!

Hey everyone! Here is my deadlift workout from yesterday!

Deadlift: 135x10 185x8 225x6 275x4 275x4
Frm a Deficit: 3sets 225x4 (I really liked these. Im going to do them regularly now)
(about 3inches)

Goblet Squats: 15,20,25,30,35x10 These were pretty easy, but I wanted to try them out.

Good Mornings: 4 sets 95x8

Then I decided to see how long it would take me to lunge all the way around the soccer field of out facility and apparently it takes 180 total lunges (90per leg) and probably about 4 1/2-5min. It wasnt that bad tho.
