Hey everyone! I just finished with my conditioning day!
warmed up with some jogging and dynamic stretching
sprints 60yards x10 (rested just long enough to walk back)
Prowler suicides (thank you Chiristian Thibideau) 50lbs 4 cones 15 (of my) feet apart. 3 times with 3 min rest between
(holy motherfucking shit these were terrible…ly awesome! suicide is not a misnomer)
5 sets of 10 leap frogs with 10pushups following each set of jumping
I dont know if this is considered “good” or not but i feel amazing and had a blast
I didnt want to push too hard today cause i was feeling kinda drained but I think I got the job done

Gawgeous, do you have your fitness routine on DVD as well? That’ll be wicked.
If not, my heart won’t be terribly broken ;D
Look forward to reading your conditioning day, I’m doing mine tomorrow and I’m sure you can inspire some ideas.[/quote]
No i dont have that on video but i can give u the link to see pics. they are on another training site and u would have to join to see all the pics but here it is
I also havent gotten my dvd loaded yet either…i am a retard with computers…
Wow…my hamstrings and ass and calves are JACKED. I NEVER do calves and those sprints owned them. I havent decided if i am working out today, I may do an extra pullup/push up day with some cardio. Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Late to the party, but WELCOME! You are one strong, sexy chick! Good luck with your goals. I especially love the pushup goal. My name is veggie and I am a pushup addict. LOL. Seriously. Aren’t they fucking incredible? So many variations. Hard to pick a favorite.
I never train calves either. Guess jacked calves are in my future. Planning to do some track work after I finish my GVT program pretty soon. However, jacked hammies and ass, etc. are in the works for tonight. I love squatting so much that I even look forward to DOMS.
Have a fantastic session if you decide to train today.

Thank you Veggie! I just joined your fan club actually ;)- I can TELL you love your squats…lol Training my legs is my favorite. I am obsessed with having awesome hamstrings thats why I started sprinting. Let me know how your leg day goes! Do you have a log on here?
That fan club is too much! Makes me blush a little, which isn’t a common occurrence. Thanks for the slightly veiled complement on my ass.
Leg day went pretty well, especially considering that I didn’t actually get under the bar until 9 pm after a full day at work. Squats and GMs GVT-style.
My log is over at PW. Just warning you: I can be chatty and off-topic, but if you sift through my training is in there.
i saw your pic in ink’s log, and was like, wow! is that for real?!
and then reading your log, i realise that thats just another walk in the park for you, haha!
impressive lifts too!

I can attest to the ass pumps. Was doing kb swings and high pulls in my garage this morning. My ass screams after those… which is why I do 'em.
Good morning everyone! I decided that today was the day I would start cardio in the morning. That and I was reading How to Become a Super Soldier by Stephane Robert and decided I should PROBABLY become one. so, to start my day, I took a 30min walk outside. Nothing exciting but it was really good to get going a little more than usual. I have always loved morning cardio but man is it hard to get back into…
