Yeah tell that to Ronnie, or Levrone, or even our own Prof X who uses the hammer strength machines as a staple in his routine.

Shit this dude is making progress trying to get big and he is increaseing the weight on all his lifts machine and free weight, there is no reason to tell him to stop doing what he is doing. I’m glad he ignored this (the comments from both of you) cause I wouldn’t be able to. A combination of free weights and machines is perfect for mass. The pros do it, any muscular person I know does it, and theres no reason not to do it.
