Naglfar - Vittra
Okay, you lost me on that one. Never heard of them. Care to share a link to your favorite song of theirs?
As far as the routine, I’m the same way. I try to schedule less time in the gym and end up spending just as much if not more in there.
Hey, if you like it, then keep at it. Do what makes you happy. That’s how you stay successful with this stuff anyway.[/quote]
Naglfar is a melodic black metal band from Sweden and I only know one song by them
Unfortunately though, I’ve never seen this song on YouTube or anything like that, how I came across it in the first place… Well I don’t remember that either.
As for the time in the gym, we’re a strange breed aren’t we?
I’m sure we all know people that ask us why we go to the gym, how the hell we could possibly enjoy it and how they hate going to the gym. Then there’s us, who just can’t seem to get away even when we wanna spend less time there.
Strange world.

Bad day today, not feeling well… and my gym owner just… pardon the pun but he rattled me. Dude went off, giving me shit for everything, apparently talking to him weird, giving him weird looks. Dude said that sometimes he wants to hit me with a hammer. Like what the fuck!? I mind my own business, talk to the guys I go with and that’s it really. It just came out way from left field and by the time I left I just couldn’t figure out what happened.

Man, I feel so bad. I’m doing my T-Bar rows, and since we don’t have the proper setup I just push it up against the smith machine and have somebody put their foot on the end of the bar. On my last set, on my last rep I let a biggie rip. Poor guy.
Besides that, I had a good workout again. Kept things at a fast tempo, intensity still high… I’m feeling good again.

WTF? I was about to pull your ‘man card’ for poor taste in music.
No training today, my main goal today was keeping the food I ate down and in my stomach, rather than in a toilet. While I never actually threw up there sure was a fuckload of dry heaves. Came home from work today, passed out and dreamed about zombies (wtf?). So I’m here watching Strong: The Movie and it’s killing me I can’t just go over to the gym now and move the heaviest things I can find. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
PS. Limp Bizkit is awesome, shut up

Oddly though, today I saw a guy doing curls with the smith machine. I can’t really explain how awkward the guy looked while doing it, but he just kept on goin’ at it.

Ok… awesome. My bench is finally going up to where it used to be, and now I have the more ‘proper’ form I saw Dave Tate show us all in that video article. So I’m a happy ass dude right now. Secondly, while you may see 12, 12, 12, 12, 12 reps towards the end there, don’t be fooled. Those reps were absolutely brutal and every single one was epically forced out. Yes, it really was epic.
Lastly, a girl showed me her new nipple piercing at the gym today. Right in the middle of the floor. I didn’t even ask, it just happened.

Sax Man is hilarious. Even at work, I’ll just randomly start laughing. Jack Black is awesome, he’s just so… original I guess. It’s stupid humour, but he’s got a different form of delivery. Aside from that, Natalie’s Rap is my favourite by far. “I’ll sit down on your face, and take a shit!”

I’m back after my unplanned hiatus. Down to 245lbs after not eating since thursday. Strength is way down, but shouldn’t take too long to come back. Just need a few weeks to hit the groove again.
