Intense Finger Sprints - 5 X 2 (Too much cortisol buildup with any more than this.)

Spider-Splits mixed with Number Pad Trills - 3 X 10

Hunt and Peck (Old School!) - 4 X 8

Personally, some would say that the Hunt and Peck adds too much hypertrophy-oriented moves to my training, but I lub my current split! 10/10

wow 5 posts before the thread collapses. t nation must be getting soft.

For real. I expected you to rate YOUR program based on YOUR personal experience. Or would you have liked me to create some kind of scientific survey to question your muscle soreness, mental fatigue, etc. I don’t think so.

The thread is simple and just a fun way for people to rate their programs and see how others feel about theirs. If you have no idea where your current program fits in on a 1-10 scale of bad to good then don’t post. It’s not that complicated.
