Thank you! I will follow your advice! I hope to make some type of progress eventually.
I think thatās where a personal trainer can help. Yes, doing research is super important, so keep at it! But a trainer will help you adjust your technique so that you really start to see progress! Iām so stoked for you.
Keep us posted on your progress, tweak your workout plan as you see fit, and donāt be a stranger!
I donāt disagree with your point, but I do find this a remarkably (and amusingly) defeatist conclusion to post⦠on a forum.
I think of it as good, better, best:
- Best case: sheās working with someone in-person
- Better: she can give us a detailed history of what sheās doing, and we can help identify a tweak
- Good: we donāt know what to do and we can at least throw out a starting point
Granted, the āgoodā is where we tend to just continuously throw out each of our individually-biased favorites and overly confuse the OP.
I do think a great planās second step (after the āwhyā) is resources and constraints - our advice is pretty constrained to the vehicle of forum.
In any case, youāve oft-posted great advice so I donāt think we actually disagree here; making my preceding dissertation one of personal entertainment.
I do agree with you in the irony of my comment. Though i often think of the AAS cycle recommendations I have made on this forum, that if had been seeing them lift a few weeks that I might reject their requests for AAS help.
I can certainly believe that!
