I think he needs to keep lifting and eating. He hasn’t been lifting long at all and it was too early to post here and get a good score. I think he’s on the right track.
Hes definitely put on a good bit of muscle and if you can’t see that then you need to get your eyes checked…

strength gains are coming in like crazy,im not cutting now if thats happening. o just deadlifted 465 yesterday. benched 230x4 and squated 315x6 last week (when i posted it was 430, 200x4 and 260x5)im on a “powerlifting” routine that supposed to make muscle gains and strength gains rapidly

btw im 178 pounds now and 16 percent bodyfat i did one of those water test things earlier today
in 3 weeks you added 35lbs to your deadlift, 30 to what you were benching for reps, and 55 to what you were squatting for reps?

hey man, I see the progress between pictures. To the people saying bulk fail etc, fuck em. You make progress, you proved your willing to gain fat to reach your goals and if your willing to do that there isnt much that will stop you from reaching your goals.
In a few years I think you will be way bigger and stronger and probably leaner than you are now. The people talking shit to you about your fat gain are the same people who arent willing to gain excess fat to put on muscle and just want to attack those who are willing to, most likely in order to make them selves feel better about their lack of dedication to the end result.
Let me fill you in on a little secret, the people who have been lifting for a long time and are still small… are that way because they tucked their nuts between their legs and ran away at the first sight of fat gain. Dont let these people be right, keep doing what your doing, get big, get strong, lose what ever excess fat you want to lose, and come back and dick slap any and all of the people who insulted your decisions.

your are a complete dumbass and
ive known this kid forever in actual life…i workout with him…his pictures barely look like him hes a bit chubby but has a whole lot of mass and you can tell you can barely in these pictures though
i personally dont like people that try to get big fast, and im one of those guys who everyone thinks is on roids because i have 21-22 inch arms and ive been at it for about 6 or 7 years naturally bout to come to the end of the road genetic wise
anyways HE can pull it off i bet in a year hell be pretty big. i can just tell everytime i see him hes bigger and i dont mean fatter when/if he cuts hes going to appear to be humongous for his age and height which is why i like working out with him not many people get these kind of results in 6 months he definetly has the potential and genetics for bodybuilding or powerlifting
and 2 of those months werent that serious i dont believe he gained about 10 pounds but then got to 175 in 4 months from 140 from what i remember i started talking to him because of his brother which is why i know

he gained 30 pounds in 4 months the first time he picked up a weight and got to 20% bodyfat in the process, gee whiz im so impressed.

that is by no means a bulk fail if he was like 10 or 8 and hes 20% yes i see where your coming from but hes definetly not 20%
he still has definition and i have one of those omron things you hold out in front of you that tells you your bodyfat and it said 17 but usually its 1-2% off so its around 16

LOL at determining BF% by any others means than a qualified individual with calipers or a DEXA scan. Why do you care what his BF% is anyway? If it said yours is 13 and it is actually 10 (how do you actually know that number) then it’s broken or worthless.
