I dont understand why people think that a 500 pound deadlift is impressive. It takes maybe a year of serious lifting or a little more to develop that if its your goal.
And I don’t understand why juicers like you compare naturals to yourself.
… but irrelevant. I know lots of people that can do a 500 dead - and never touched juice. So what? Are you using steroids as an excuse to not reach that goal? Congrats on being a wussy.
Actually I have already done 515. My next goal is 550. And I know what there are natural people who can pull more than me.
A good friend of mine did 600*222.

Enough of the bullshit! Put up the vids of all your alleged lifts… In particular, the 515 DL, and the 100lb weighted chin.

Pf. I don’t really care how much anybody can lift. I care how much I lift. I don’t lie to myself. If this guy is lying, who cares? If he isn’t, who cares?
Back to that point of contention; just because a guy has done steroids doesn’t make anything he says irrelevant.

that’s a really dumb statement from an analytical point of view. It does not take into account any factors. I’m sure you realized it already. laters pk

Yes but the OP said steroid users compare them self to naturals and thats wrong.
Then the other guy came in and said a 500 deadlift can be done in a year or so, wich made it look like he was compareing himself to a natural.
Wich basicaly proved his point as weak as it was o begin with.
I was speaking in a general sense. I really don’t understand why it is such a big deal WHEN THAT IS YOUR GOAL, a 500 pound dead lift is not hard.
A year maybe 2, tops, for someone who is doing things right and is neither genetically gifted nor handicapped. I know plenty, PLENTY of 16-18 year old high school football players that can dead lift 500 lbs.
Yes I’m a hardcore juicer for life. That pro-hormone cycle made me go from dead lifting 100lbs to 550+, thank god for steroids, I’d never be here without them. Hell, I didn’t even have to lift, I just popped the pills, ate potato chips, and played video games all day. (not that it offends me to say that I juice, because depending on how you look at it I did, and I don’t really care)
EDIT: lol I actually just went back and looked at your pictures again, and I’m kind of starting to wonder if this is just a troll job. I honestly don’t think that you could have looked at these photos and noted them worthy of being posted.
Also, that link you posted is me just giving a little bit of advice. Just because I know a few basics about proper cycling for a few very popular compounds doesn’t mean I use them.
I think people sometimes forget that a lot of other people have full lives with vast responsibilities and their hormone levels are not peaking as if they were in their late teens or early 20’s any more. I’m just glad to see people training and eating healthy.
Numbers for comparison’s sake don’t mean a lot to me like they used to. yeah i have my training and physique goals but those are personal and not meant to used as a measure against others. laters pk
I don’t know what to believe is bigger-your mouth or those damn lift numbers. Show us videos. You talk more than a woman, bub. You gonna walk that walk behind that talk?
Usually I try to set a one rep, 3 rep, or 5 rep max in either of the following: pull-ups/chin-ups/close grip chins.
Tonight I deviated from this because I wanted to pick an easy weight for the video. After doing this for one rep I tried 100 for 3 and then 110 for 1 just for kicks.
Then 5 sets of 5 dumbell rows pyramid style. Tonight it went like this:
93,113,133,113,93 all for 55. Followed by a set of 55 fixed weight in another chin/pull variation that I didn’t do the first time or 3*8.
I usually do chins 3 times a week, but other days I do different set/rep schemes.
