Bullshit. I think we need some pics or video’s of that. You look like a normal guy to me.

Would you believe that I can do a chin-up with 100 lbs attached to me?

That’s sort of ambiguous advice, but thanks anyway. If anyone knows of a good way to bulk up without getting too fat, this is what I really need.

And by the way, how much do you think that I can military press by looking at my shoulder (just curious.)

[/quote]

I wasn’t trying to be ambiguous at all. Bulking up simply means you work on gaining as your primary goal. If you are gaining too much fat, you eat less. This isn’t rocket science or even advanced calculus. As far as how much you can military press, I honestly wouldn’t assume you trained regularly.

Maybe I am just used to being around people who lift weights and really look like it. You may be able to lift a ton, but I doubt anyone would guess at it.

The problem is that when I try and bulk, if I gain mass, the ratio of fat to muscle is too high.

So if I posted a video of me doing that then I guess you would have to eat crow then?

I dont understand why people think that a 500 pound deadlift is impressive. It takes maybe a year of serious lifting or a little more to develop that if its your goal.

I’m waiting for the video in anticipation.

And I don’t understand why juicers like you compare naturals to yourself.

If it is legit then yeah, I guess I would eat crow ( I’ve never heard that expression before and it’s kinda gay).

Are you claiming a legit full down-slight pause-up and chin over the bar with 100 pounds or is this gonna be some of that “sloppy” form.

Also true, most people wont gain the weight that is needed to get those kind of strength gains tho.

Strange, it he seems to only be giving advice, not talking about his personal use. Maybe you should learn how to read.

… but irrelevant. I know lots of people that can do a 500 dead - and never touched juice. So what? Are you using steroids as an excuse to not reach that goal? Congrats on being a wussy.

I can pause for a few seconds at the bottom and then chin over the bar.

…The OP deadlifts 515, I deadlift 550 with straps. Yeah straps are bullshit but Im sure I can pull 500+ with just chalk.

Not true for every one but I would say for most grown men eating enough with a decent program its not to far out there at all.

Maybe you are the one who should get a clue.

Actually I have already done 515. My next goal is 550. And I know what there are natural people who can pull more than me.
A good friend of mine did 600*222.
