If he’s lying about the weight, the only one he’s lying to is himself. People need to face up that they are not meant to have great power to weight ratios in every physical task. maybe he has great back strength in comparison to his weight. Maybe he’s built like E.C. and can pull a lot of weight cause of excellent biomechanics. whatever…

Nice pull up… But i thought you wanted to work your back… I would try turning your hands the other way so your palms are facing away from you and going wider on your grip.

I would still like to see the 515 dead.

I put in on tinypic because for some reason when it was compressed here it lost quality.

I had my wife clearly zoom in on the plates. You can see that there is two 45’s and a 10 on the outside.

I started doing them with a wider grip on a consistent basis a few months back. I also do mixed grip, close grip,etc.

Technicaly, we couldnt see your front so its hard to judge if you went up all the way, you also came down pretty fast. And I think those were fake plates.
