Anyone who goes to gyms can tell the natural guys from the juicers. If you couldn’t, why do juice? Are you going to tell me otherwise?

Yeah…you’re right…shaving body hair because it looks better (not necessarily chest…but back for sure) and because a lot of chicks prefer less hair is “pretty gay.” That is to say it’s still less gay than denim shorts.

Of course there are tons of juicers here, hence the steroids subforum and all of the articles on steroids on the main page.
I don’t have anything against people who do them. In fact, I am tempted to do them myself? And why not? I have know guys who have gotten ridiculously huge after a few cyles and added tons of weight to their lifts. It makes you wonder what you could do if you tried them.
It is ridiculous to compare people who don’t do them to people who do do them. If you could take the most genetically blessed person who busted his ass and never did juice he would probably be 1/4 of a Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman.
I am also in my 30s. Believe me, building muscle and staying slim gets harder with age also as does recovery.
I never said that my back couldn’t be better either. In fact, I am trying out how to make it better. I used to do palms-facing pull ups and now I do all kinds of grips. I have also thrown in dumbbell rows and more shrugs. I am still trying to figure out something for the rear delts.

I dont take steroids I have been lifting 1/5 as long as you and Im probably stronger and bigger than you.
Those guys ate right and lifted hard durring the cycles no doubt.

You have been lifting for 10 years you should have the muscle already.
There is 1 steroid article out there and it is facts and studys about steroids not a guid for noobs on how to use them.
No one is compareing you to some one on steroids, you arent even special for just the average guy who lifts and eats.
To say that natural bodybuilders can only achieve 1/4th of what ronnie coleman has is stupid.
Basicaly it looks like you have set your self up with excuses why you arent bigger and stronger. So when people put you down you can pretend they are compareing you to ronnie coleman…
take it easy on the guy. i think he has a good back, only i compare it to the women i see working out in the gym. if you werent such an little bi#*h people would probobly stop harassing you. as for your pathetic excuse that only juicers can get a good looking back, fu@k off.
