If you want a good response from people on what you need to do to improve, you should post:

  1. Full body front pic.
  2. Full body back pic.
  3. Your diet.
  4. Your training routine.
  5. Your goals.

…otherwise, you will only get jokes from people.

I have my reasons for posting just my back. I have some controversial ink on my body that I don’t really want to show. Plus I am training for something back specific.

You have some contrversial hair on your back that you shouldn’t have posted either.

yup, that’s a back allright.

Thanks but I wouldn’t take advice from someone who pulls almost 200 pounds less than I do anyway…

All I was looking for was honest feedback so I can improve.

It looks like you have some mass added since September but you are clearly neglecting your traps and deltoids which should be just as much a part of the package as the rest. i would focus a bit more on upper back and rear delt exercises and maybe a bit more work on your midsection[/quote]

Thanks for the advice. What sort of rear delt exercises do you suggest? For my traps, I like to do dumbbell shrugs, although I have been slacking off of them lately.

Can we see the ink?

What do you deadlift?

I saw the " I can pull almost 200lbs more than you so I wont take your advice comment."

Dont get me wrong I can understand where your comeing from. It just made me wonder what you DL.

And that other guy didnt get “flamed” because he is realy strong. Probably top 95% of the people who read the site.

Would you take advice from a doctor that deadlifted less than you?

That guy wasn’t advising you on how to pull, if he was then maybe you should ignore it. He was advising you on how to post in this section without getting flamed, something you clearly need help with.

You have a fairly wide back, but your traps look tiny and your calves are laughable. Pretty unbalanced physique imho.

Well here are some tips…

I’m sure i can out DL you soo,

When you train your back train your DL first. Then do a ton of pull ups, weighted if you can but i doubt that. try adding in some barbell rows.

not knowing what you already do it is hard to give some help.

So what i’m going to do is tell you your back is horrible. It is sad. I can’t believe you would post that on a site like this. What are you thinking??? Seriously? And then you get up set when your going to get flamed over it? Come on! With that much hair on your back, you think a little maturity would follow…

Now, you see how angry you are. Don’t post back… Just go to the gym and lift. I would also start running/sprinting to get your bodyfat down.

Hope that helps
Ant.

I dont know how much you deadlift but I can bet my house that I DL more. So will you take advice from me then? Eat, workout, dont post pics of mediocrity and expect praise.

Why does anyone bother feeding horrible posts like this?

I don’t care about the low ratings. From what I see here and by the articles that I read, this site is full of juicers and I am natural so…

What is annoying is having a bunch of metrosexual make dumb jokes about having hair on my back.

So you don’t think that I can do a weighted pull-up/ chin-up? How much money would you like to bet on that? And how much do you do weighted chin-ups with?
And if you deadlift more than me, well you also weigh more than I do, so it’s not a fair comparison.

It depends what kind of deadlifts. Sumo on a good day 515. Conventional, less about 475. Behind the back also less, about 430.

I got money on you being right

C’mon dude,

You gotta use some discretion. I can understand you getting mad but you did post some funny pictures. Your back looks wider than your “average Joe’s” but not by much. The second picture you posted was really funny. It looks like you have a poopy diaper and need to put on some big boy pants. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Exactly what I was thinking.

i prefer the double biceps shot for back development cause it lets me see the thickness development as well as individual muscle development.

Your body fat levels are too high to see any appreciable development from the lat spread. maybe a tan would help or the lighting. just keep working at it. deadlifts with isometric holds up top on the last rep of sets will help a lot. laters pk

HAHAHA, Classic, I’ll rate it a 7 just for that comment. What ever happened to T-MAG, where’s the brotherhood, if someone tells ya a body part sucks go work ya ass off, and come back, some people are too sensitive.
