you have great conditioning. as far as mass, for this site anyway, it’s lacking. yes you are muscular and have a good phisique, but these forums are known for people who strive to be better than that.
All the eat big stuff is really just advice on how to take it to the next level, which I assume you want to. If you posted pics and are content to stay the same then…thats weird.
You obviously have the ability to be very lean, and 200 Lbs just as lean would look alot better IMO.

You could add 15-20 lbs to your frame (by eating lot’s of good food and training heavy) and still keep some semblance of a six pack if you’re careful.

Y cannot add lbs because y have
osteo-arthritis in both hips and it is
not recommended to get bigger
and weight more.
Also y have to be very carefull with exercises y do.

So, if you don’t want to get any bigger, what did you hope to accomplish by posting pics on a website dubbed “bodybuildings think-tank” ? were you looking for the hot-or-not website?

I’ve tried many ways of training but…
you see the results ,not much.
Any recomendation ?[/quote]
For kroms sake EAT. You have to build the muscle BEFORE you diet down to show the abs. And do lots of heavy pressing. Once you get you bench to 150+ bodyweight, you will have alot more mass on your upper body.
Soo… doctor says you should not gain weight because of osteo-arthritis in the hips …but you can do capoeira 3 times a week…wtf??
You may be legit, but you smell like a troll from here.

y also cannot do capoeira or run or play soccer, just
nothing with shock nor lifting weights.
Y give up training for 3 years and now
y decided to begin again because tarining or not y will end in hips surgery.
Y cut down my training y used to train very hard every day.
Martial Arts 6/7 times/week.
Gym 5 times/week.
But now y just do it for fun with very light training and y try to keep in shape.

If 95% of the men on this site want to look like this guy, this place has gone to shit. Not the the OP looks bad, but I just hope that the men of T-Nation don’t aspire to be abercrombie models.

OK Hablas espanol? y te cuesta trabajo el ingles? muy bien pues te reto a que contestes en Espanol… La gente aqui dice que no eres tu el de la foto y que quieren que pongas una foto tuya cn un zapato en la mano.
Let’s see if this Argentinian answers me in Spanish and we’ll see if he is bluffing or not.
As far as the rest of the comments: Whoever is in the picture has an ‘above’ the average body… I agree he needs to add mass but I disagree that bodybuilding must be only about mass. The definition of body building is to “build” your body. Different goals different bodies, but you are still building your body.
This thread is unique since shows several errors we have:
posting photos claiming are yours
Attacking, jealous without knowing details.
Attempting to mention “language” barriers to hide stupidity and prickness
Judgment of one topic as an absolute definition “Bodybuilding”

That?s what I was thinking. Seems common on this site.
To any guy thinking of posting a physique photo: This isn?t a gay porn site! Pull your pants up nobody wants to know if you shave your crotch or not.
And what are you talking about ?I always have problems with my chest size, I could not gain size.? Your physique is chest dominant already. Chest and abs, the teenage beach boy build. Is that your goal?

You should shovel your shit elsewhere. Making a statement like that, I can only hope you’re a woman. I hope this is the case, or T-Nation is starting a path to a slow and arduous death.
I give you a 9 out of 10. Your mid-section is crazy awesome! You need more upper chest, hit the low incline smith machine & db press along with x-over cable work! A little more delt & arms & your good to go!
Great work thus far bro! How’s your lats, low back & the wheels???

Thank you for your comments and suggestions
y will try them.
I’m no doctor but my wife has osteoarthritis in her knee and hips. One of her knees is a prosthetic knee (titanium and plastic). According to her physical therapist, strengthening the muscles and ligaments around an arthritic joint is one of the ways to stave off some of the pain of arthritis.
It makes sense, if you think about it; the stronger your muscles and connective tissues are the less strain you?ll put on the actual joint. Obviously, when you have arthritis, you have to approach exercise differently. Just don?t give it up altogether. Doctor?s don?t know everything.
My doctor told me when I was in my late forties that I should quit lifting weights because I was ?too old for that!? How stupid was that advice? ?Too old my ass. Of course, one adjusts for things like arthritis and age…but one should never give up. I don?t lift as much as I once did, but I?m still doing it. You should too.
So this guy who posts no pictures but anything of his abs, no back shot, no leg shot, nothing but abs and a half assed most muscular which showcases subpar chest development and this guy gets the rating that he does?
Seriously?
What the fuck has happened to this site, I thought this was rate my physique not rate my abs, and i really cant see how his physique is anything special at all.
