I think this guy’s twin works out at my gym, only he screams at the top of his lungs on every lift so everyone in the gym can see his one 1/8 reps. The best is when he loads up 585 in the power rack to do shrugs but his shoulders never move, he only bends his knees a little and then locks them out. I only determined he was trying to do shrugs after I asked him what he was doing. I am determined to get a video of this guy and post it for all to enjoy.

Anyone see his “1080 for 10” leg press, it looks like he is just flexing and relaxing his quads!

Imagine what he could do in gear.

yeah thats about 90% of the douches at my gym. Fuck i miss my garage. why did i have to move to a condo???

^ I literally have seen a trainer instruct a young kid at my gym to do this. The kid was no older than 15 and everyone was watching as they took almost every 45 pound plate in the gym, and then he bangs it out for 3 reps with a 2 inch ROM. Whats even more ridiculous than that is that his trainer was SPOTTING him on the leg press. Its kinda hard to imagine but he was pushing up on the plates on every rep, I guess he was trying to prevent all the weight from falling on him.
