ok up 1 this morning, its interesting to me to see the body weight fluctuations.
i always have big refeeds which was why i was going to stick to 1 day refeed. i did forget the option of 2 days though. i have decided to stick it out until saturday and then refeed sat and sunday. boy i cant wait for it!
i would also be interested to see what you refeed looked like rob??

Been following this thread for the last week, also read the book. Really appreciate every bodies feedback on this diet, think it’s important to be informed before you do anything this drastic.
Over the last 8 month I’ve put on an addition 15 pounds… and not of the good stuff:(.
Still anywhere form 14-16% bf, but going to go cat 2 to start off.
I plan to start it on the 15th (need to make sure i can take the girlfriend out to eat on the 14th).
My main conern with this diet is if there are any long-term affect associated with it?
With taking HOT-ROX (need the energy for work) and cutting my calories so much, are there any long-term affect on my motabolism? Don’t want to permenately damage or become reliant on any type of supplement.

morning TGIF!! was had to get out of bed at 4 am this rainy friday morning BUT so so glad i did
had a great workout tweaked something in my right shoulder??? while i was lifting kept feeling something popping … sorta like a muscle or tendon rolling across the bone?? not that painful but limited my movement?
so im icing it and took an anti-inflamatory hope its better later…
as for my refeed… I had lets see…
whole wheat bagels with whipped cream cheese 2
i did have some lime tortillas with salsa
whole wheat pasta with marinanra
and a cranberry waalnut chicken salad sandwich from tropical smoothie cafe
(which is a weekly craving i have) its amazing!! with a protein smoothie
a ff yogurt with granola
Surge Workout Fuel… for before and during workout
and my Surge Recovery, which is 51 carbs!!! and full of good stuff afterwards!!
all in all not a bad refeed… and a bite of a valentine little debbie cake YUMMMM

Definatly a lot easier now with the EC Stack supressing my appetite (was using HRX during the first phase, which made me really hungry all the time!) and also making sure im taking the correct vits and minerals. Also taking ZMA before bed time and sometimes using a more slow releasing protein powder (casein???)
Well, for the first time in 6-7 years, im now sub 200lbs. This feels really good!

rob… you girls are so hardcore, its quite inspiring actually. that refeed looks pretty damn good, min ‘junk’ food really. i dnt think im going to be as clean as that, but i may rethink it after that… good job.
back down 1lb… i feel like im due a nice big bowel movement though lol.

made me feel like crap, so after that i vowed to myself to keep the junk minimal

well i have been talking with lyle and some of the guys over at body recomp and today is actually going to be my last day of RFL, with all the exercise i do its a no no (i do feel like absolute shit and with competition coming up in my sport i cannot drop the practice)! i will be refeeding tomorrowing, weighing in and taking pics. i am dissapointed to not do all 12 days but i litarally find i cannot box, im soo drained… i am, however looking forward to continuing with UD2 and will log my results on that if anyone is interested!?

no. The refeed at the end brings everything back to normal.

Thats probably a good idea. If you cant afford to scale back your training for the time being then its probably not the best diet. What are you competing in? Good luck man
i actually have 2 competitions… im a boxer, i have the state champs and then the week after i have golden gloves… im going to continue the UD2 for a few weeks to cut a couple pounds for it. i should be able to train better with the ultimate diet though so… we’ll see anyway.
i am coming to the end of my refeed today, i was on a see food diet, junk food wasnt extreme but i definitly had my share lol. cant wait to see my weight tomorrow morning haha.
i see more definition in your body even if u didnt complete the full 12 looking good…

AS for me yesterday was CRRRAzy sick little one so my great running plans werent SO great…
finished the day strong… no real workout but the house cleaning counted for something LOL
onto today little ones up early yet again… i enjoyed my b-fast and coffee now if the rest of the day goes as planned when i get knocked off track the stress eating is hard to fight off
Today will be a better day!! gonna go workout a little
this morning i was just touching 167lbs… so a good reload i think, i was actually expecting to be higher than when i started, what with all the water and that! anyway i feel great today, energy is high and im feeling strong… ill see how long it takes for weight to stabilize and judge how successfully the reload was from that, i think at the minute i was great.
