Congrats, sounds like you’re doing great. Keep us updated.[/quote]
Will do…on a side note, are you still on the AD? hows it going?

Congrats on the baby. It sounds like you have more important things to worry about, but as long as you jump back on the diet, the refeed can only have helped you.

I wouldn’t call it the AD, but I’m basically at low-carb/low-cal during the week with one free-meal. Then a cheat day on one of the weekend days. I’ve been able to preserve LBM while still losing bf, perfect for summer.

yeah, I was still surprised though because I didn’t even make it to the half way point.
Thanks alot. Gets hard trying to juggle caring for a baby and being on the run and sticking to rfl. I’m just doing what you said in an earlier post, drink 5 shakes a day, substituting it for fish or tuna when I have the time. Thanks for the info and motivation thus far.
Okay well I am going again for it tomorrow. I have some shopping to do and will probably be doing a lot of the protein drinks and just tuna.

Glad I can help, I have a 7 month old so I get where you’re coming from.

Hell Yeah, OG. Keep us updated on your progress.

I am keeping it around a 1000 calories. Maybe I should eat more spinach? I have a headache and the second day I had some cramps in my feet during physical therapy. Today was better, but this isn’t easy. I had a hard time sleeping the first night.
Here is a pic of my plan. Will you guys take a look at it and tell me what you think?
I hope the pic works, I cut and pasted the Excel spreadsheet into Paint.

Thanks for the info AdvancedTS.
I will give your suggestions a try.
The weekends are always the hardest to make it through. I always saved my refeeds for Friday and found it was hard to get back on track.
just talking out loud here
I’ve been toying with the idea of doing another round, however long it takes to bust through these next 10lbs but finding it tough to commit fully cause I know how much it sucks, haha!
Any words of encouragement? Who all is doing this diet here? Misery loves company!

Words of encouragement: FUCKING DO IT ! You know it works, just set it up with really good recipes. Low-cal sauces and condiments. I made this shrimp stir-fry for dinner that I used to look forward to every night. If I had time, I would have set up better tasing lunches.
Weekends are shitty, no way around that. Just try to keep your schedule busy. Plan alot of stuff, so you’re running around. Workout twice each day and drink alot of water, if you have the energy.
I’ve been staying lean off of my previous round and I’m trying to add some more muscle this summer so I won’t be able to do another round. I’d be happy to stay on here and help with your progress if that will give support.

Definetly not.
Sorry if that came off wrong. I just meant stay active on the weekends and if that meant a morning and afternoon jog to stay busy, go for it. You don’t need to overdo it as your body is already in max-fat burning due to the caloric deficit.
haha, I like that, thanks!
I’m also thinking about giving this another go around here soon… I might be joining you guys soon in the misery that is RFL

Are you looking to get into the negative bf %'s ?
ya, greg, I don’t really see this supposed fat you are trying to lose rapidly. so whats up?
My new summer goal is to be able to dunk. I feel like if I can drop like 5-8lbs It would help me jump higher (less weight to hoist up there)
Thats what my thinking is… But i havent decided yet so thats why I’m thinking about it
