Radical positions

I know a guy who really thinks if he was a Goodfella he’d be happy.

He’s not my friend, I just know him.

He actually worked in the prison system too. He liked how prison wasn’t the same for wise guys.

I knew plenty of kids that were in the streets.

I was in the wrong crowd myself in my early teens, but saw the dark road and went to work for minimum wage as soon as I could.

The crew I used to hang with got into a bar fight one night, as they were driving away the car got shot up by the people they faught, one died, others got hit.

Intelligence and memory are closely related.

Farmer handles… a trap bar or dumbbells…off-set stance and forward lean at the waist

That’s interesting, but what does that have to do with fictional movies?

Fictional? Well, it was based on real events.

Billy Bates was murdered by those two.

If I were directing it, I would not of shown Billy’s boys hanging out and witnessing the altercation. You don’t talk to a made man like that when there witnesses…… he must not of been made, or it didn’t go down that way.

If you don’t care, fine, I don’t need lecture about being grounded in reality talking to a goofball like ze.

But ok Dad!

Yeah, the trapbar provides a forced wider grip and targets the traps.

Apparently RiP hates the trapbar.

Do you do walks with the trapbar? I would if I had one, but I don’t.

I’m gonna check play it again sports for a used one.

I have a trap bar and farmer carry at my house but sold all my plates. Traps are more activated through scapular retraction, so rows done properly are great, but I can’t see how heavy ass carries won’t stimulate growth either

I got one off Amazon once. $150 I think…not bad

Yes the heavy carries do too, but I’d also try carries with the trapbar because the fixed handles are wider, so the trap stretch is different.

There was a guy in the DC area that would have his clients doing the trapbar walk around the city block.

It mimics the frame carry.

It is a forum and you assume everyone has seen the movie. If it is a movie made for revenue it is fictional. I don’t watch movies to educate myself and I decide what entertainment I watch.

Anyone who uses a movie to make a point seems to need questioning. Be considerate of those who may not have seen it.

Plus, your bastardization of the English language muddles points you are trying to make. I need a translator for most of what you post.

You aren’t smart enough to know what gubmit is supposed to mean??? I’m not using that key word.

BTW, since you are all high mighty about sounding educated, McBeth is FICTION, yet we all had to read that, maybe you didn’t, you might have been in the high and mighty class.

Speaking of McBeth, do you know what sparked me into actually reading that and finally passing (I hated English class, because it was boring as FUCK, so I failed it on purpose) yet I passed two English classes in the same year.

There’s a mob movie called “Men of Respect”, it’s McBeth except it’s the mob, the boss stays at a soldiers house and his wife talks into into killing him.

I showed the movie to my English teacher and she really liked that I showed her it.

It was based on real events but fictionalized and told mostly from the perspective of one person who was not always truthful because he was a criminal who went into witness protection.

I’m surprised they assigned Shakespeare to special ed students.

I am mostly about effective communication

Interestingly enough, Ive found this to be a common theme amongst them.

They’re "all spiritual & shit ™ " but they aim for center mass.

:man_shrugging:t2: go figure. Get your chakras adjusted or take the massage table temperature challenge.

I think open carry is tactically a potential disaster. There is video of prisoners practicing disarming techniques. Unless you have trained in weapons retention, I would not recommend open carry. Learning retention might convince people it’s not a good idea. I witnessed the cop who trains other cops in weapons retention have his gun taken away during retention training by a blue belt in BJJ. The other cops had a holy shit moment watching it.

Everything is potentially a disaster.

I thought my gubmit/ sheep skits bring the point.

People are duped by the “tax the rich” and “zero anything will work”.

No one knows what you are saying. This internet character you’ve created is lame and boring. You didn’t think it through.

I learned this from a professor I had in college, it was my favorite class.

I had him for Merican history and research.

The first thing he told us was “look at your Merican history book” look up the publisher. We did, it is British, he goes why are we learning Merican history from a book written by British???
