Ok, the isometric contraction is placed differently with a wider fixed grip, that of a trapbar.
When doing a farmers walk, yes there is an isometric contraction, but I’m sure you’ve noticed when going your limits that contraction breaks down. Is that not a stretch? The same thing happens with doing say dumbell dead lifts. Dumbell deadlifts will have the traps feeling hit hard the next day similar to farmers walk, but the dumbell deadlifts hit farther down the traps, along with the erectors from that stretch.
One the very best trap builders really is HEAVY RDLs / Deadlifts / Rack pulls. Increasing these lifts from 400-500 ANYONE will for sure get bigger traps, so this will also happen going from 500-600 etc.

I don’t have an extreme stance on this.
If it can survive outside the womb, it has it’s own rights. “Right to Life” being first and foremost. That right must be protected.
If you couldn’t decide what to do for 6 fuckin months prior, then you can wait 3 more and put it up for adoption.

Monogamy requires sexual participation of both parties.
If one party refuses sex, you are no longer in a monogamy. Therefore you are no longer restricted from having sex with others.

Isn’t this a tough grey area? What if one party is physically unable to participate due to an injury or something? What if one party just suffered the loss of a parent and it’s affected their libido? Where do we draw this line that it’s ok to find alternative suitors?

Of course there’s a lot of grey area, and the examples you listed are completely reasonable for leniency.
An analogy i like goes like this:
Husbands are loyal and hungry customers.
Wives are their favorite restaurants.
Just because a customer shows up hungry doesnt mean the restaurant is open for business.
But if the restaurant is closed for a long time, they shouldnt expect their customer to remain hungry indefinitely.
A customer could get better service from a restaurant by being a good tipper.
A restaurant could keep a customer loyal by offering food outside of normal business hours, or even offering him something super special it doesnt cook for anyone else.
Of course, if a restaurant is closed for repairs, the amount of time a customer chooses to remain hungry, is entirely up to them.
