Hey i didnt say i was that strong i said i have a modarate amount of strengh…and my one rep max is 275lbs and i only weigh 182lbs.

the reason why im quite lean at 180lbs is beacuase iv never been obsessed with gaining alot of weight until now…iv always trained to stay lean and cut but now im looking to bulk up.

the only reason i said anything is becasue your getting pissy over nothing. 12% isn’t cut

well my abs are still visable at 12% so my word aganist yours man.

back to the topic at hand, good quality bulking, i hope that some of you out there are still at it, i’d hate to think im the only one forcing down a gallon of whole milk a day. Ive gone from 174 July 1st to 192 August 16th, and ive decided im gonna keep bulking until Sep.22, sure would be great to get to about 215. Lets hear how everybody is doing.

Don’t worry, you are not alone… I’m @ 194 now…

I reached 195 today, so to reward myself, i went and dropped a hundered dollars in the T-Nation store, i know at 5"10 im nowhere near big yet, but i finally feel like i derserve to wear a T-Nation shirt, so i went and bought 2 of them, and then of course some more Spike, Surge, and Metabolic Drive. GOD BLESS BULKING.

Done, i hit 200 a couple days ago, i was gonna cut, but dammit, i cant stop now, why not go for 225. did anybody hit their goal before me ?

I’m 200 at night but 197 in the morning :frowning: for the over a week now… I’m stuck there… I think my newbie gain phase is over :slight_smile:

Anybody who did this still at the site ?

I weighed 200 on 9/7/06, but didnt really maintain the weight long enough for it to stick, because i cut for a cruise i was going on at christmas.

but i am 210 pounds now.

How about it, the Race to Two Hundred, where are they now ?

I saw that no one was posting here. I hit 250 (I chose 250 instead of 200) around Thanksgiving last year. I peaked at 255+ around Christmas.

I got a little worried because my blood pressure started getting higher (135/80) so I started taking it slower. It dropped back to normal when I lost some fat (105/70). Now I am 248-255. I didn’t gain THAT much fat, just some.
