I was 5 10" 176, just recently dropped down to 176 after stepping up the intensity in my workouts, I was a bit heavier but I think I mostly lost fat cuz strength has definitely increased. But 200 lbs here I come!!!

I started 3 month ago
6’ at 172 lbs (12% bf)
now at 191 lbs (13% bf)
I’m aiming for 210!
6’2, 185. i’m gunning for 210 by like november/decemberish, reassess, if i can get over my whiny “i don’t have abs” psycho-ness, i’ll attempt to hit 230 before a summer cut.

I eat between 3500/4000 cals, 250g of proteins.
It may sound odd, but unlike a lot of people on this site, I seems to be an “easygainer” ![]()

I weighed 186 this morning, i’ve got 4 more days till i start the 2nd phase of OVT, this is the first time ive ever thought that i deserved a back off week, but its killing me, but that last week of OVT 1 was whooping my ass, and starting next friday i wont be working 40-48 hours a week and getting up at 5:00, just school, eating and lifting, gonna be fricken great.

Man…It would be great to join the race but i cant afford the food at the moment in order to eat the 6-7 meals a day…im maintaining my bodyweifgt at the moment with eating 4-5 meals a day with consistant training.
Im sitting at 180lbs at 6,1…really hope to bulk up in the winter months tho!!

Your solution just might be milk… it’s unexpensive and a good source of protein… well at least in Canada!

This is my second week of HIT training i started out at 187 now im 198 im quite surprised at how effective HIT is. Ive not really been to bothered about what im eating at the minute because of no money so i eat what i can get. I reckon il be 210 in a few months easy. Il keep yous posted.

People dont want pics of your face… even though its a nice face;-) Body pics, if you want advice, unless your pathetic and just starting. People will just make fun of you if you weigh look like you have never lifted a weight. Also don’t post pictures of your six pack with a shoe in one hand and ask what your bodyfat is. what are you getting mad about? no where in that post did i say anything to put you down. i said if you are pathetic and weigh nothing don’t post a body picture because you will get flamed bad. it was a suggestion. what do you weigh? you’ve been working out for a couple years? you sahould weigh a good amount over 200 pounds then.

I weighed in at 234 last time with a starting weight of 214. 16 more lbs to go!
Started with Squats and Milk and then moved to OLAD. They both worked quite well.
