I’m in this. Last time I tested my max (a few months ago) I hit 265 touch and go and 230 for 8.

I think what may be useful is if some people who were closer to 315/hit 315 would give an idea of what other numbers they could do on things like DB extensions/barbell extensions or DB bench or military press etc. So then maybe people can get an idea of what, relatively, they may be lacking.

most i’ve ever gotten was 255 but after a shoulder injury i’m up to 245 now
I’m in. Got 115kg (253.5) the other week pretty easily. I’ve always struggled with bench but I’m hoping for 140kg (308.6) by the end of this year.
Maxed out at 235lb 2 months ago. Just hit 185 for 3x5 reps yesterday.

CGBP- 255
strictish bb row bar starting just below knees with bench grip- 205x7
pull up- bw+20lb x 8 for RM
Kroc row w/straps- 85x17
current max bp- 265-275 I recently switched grips so I don’t destroy my shoulders before I’m even 30

Cool man. Guess I need to bring up my BB row strength. Do you prefer the BB row, or the Krocs?
Farther out, the Kroc rows. I do them with and w/out straps. I can get a really good stretch on these compared to the bb.
Closer in, the bb rows because they seem to mimic the ‘pull’ of the bench press better and I can load them up more.

Might be outside your sample range … but I bench low 4s
-best CGBP is 385 (pursuing 420+ for the summer)
-best strict press is a recent 235 (this a rather irregular lift for me though and I have technical/mobility issues that I need to address) … @300-315 it got it up to 205 (not sure if was completely strict but definitely wasn’t a push press)
-as for extensions, the last time I did any it was after a lot of pressing volume and I don’t think I went heavier than 100/110 with a ez bar (bench was high 3s)
-for dips, I’ve gone as heavy as 4 plates for a few reps @210 (this was back when my bench was 365+) haven’t done any since to prevent injury … after I had benched 300, I could handle 115x4 at ~190 bw
-I can hit 315 for reps on incline and 305 with a CG and pause; back when I first benched 315+, my bests were 245x1 and 185x12
that’s all the major details off the top of my head
