I’ll get in on this, the best BP I have on video is 295. Hoping to either get a paused 300, or an unpaused 315 (maybe both) within the next week or so.

Probably best to pick. Unless you’re waaay overweight, then you can work towards both a little easier.
I’m in. goal is 315 within a year. I’ve hit it before, but I was 12-15 lbs heavier and that was 4-5 years. Goals shifted, trained gor other stuff but now I’m back. Goals are a 3 plate bench and 4 plat atg squat at 180-ish. I bench with a narrow grip due to shoulder issues, and it just feels better for me. Keep y’all posted.
From reading those my incline and OHP are a real weakness - no surprise really as I knew that already.
More surprised at how bad my incline is though. OHP is one thing but I thought at least you are using more chest, triceps etc. on incline it would be better than it is.
Count me in, current max is 260. Started 5/3/1 5 weeks ago. Might take me a while.
In like Flynn, personal best is 285, running 531 hope to hit it sometime this summer
I’m in. as of 7/2 I could do 175 for 3x5 easily; hoping to hit 185 for 3x5 Friday and god willing 190 next wednesday for reps. Doing bench with a barbell again is SO much nicer than DB bench.
edit: i hit 205 for a double last week, so I’ma t least over 200 for bench. I’ll test 1RM in a couple-three months and see where I’m at then.
I did 265x1 today. A new PR for me. I haven’t really been working all that hard at bench, so I’m glad I can do that much. I’ve been working on my squat. But getting out of the 200’s will be nice.
I’m in for this. Maxed the other day and got 243 but I know I have at least 250 in me on a good day. Running Coan bench and aiming to finish with a 275lb bench. I’d be very happy with getting 300 while still in 2012, but if not then I should hopefully be pretty damn close.
Something I would like to get to, single board pressing 264 atm and just missed a 275 so working my way up. Despise bench compared to squatting and deadlifting though so really need to hammer it!
Paused 270 yesterday, if that counts for anything. Vid in log.

well, I’m not uber like some, but my OHP is 150 for reps right now, vs 195 for my bench.
