Hit 250/255 kg in squat/deads at my meet this weekend…which is something like 551/562, respectively…squat was a real grinder–don’t think I left any on the platform there…DL was pretty easy!
Probably not competing again until June or so, which means I likely won’t break 600 in the squat before that…but DL should fall within the next few months if training goes well (and I have no reason to suspect it wont!)

475 x4 in suit bottoms. Had more in me. Will be testing in three weeks from saturday (might be at a meet, might be in the gym) and will have videos up. 600 squat is going to happen but DL still needs work. Unfortunately the only recent video I have was just in belt/wraps - 425x4 is top set:

Nice!!! Getting closer.
525 for 2 singles in single ply suit bottoms. Planning on working a tighter suit soon so 600 will be very soon!!! Good job to all you other guys here btw! VTBalla you have got some determination to get that lift up!
My deadlift is 515 right now! I’m on a slow and steady routine that should get me to 600 by April. Hopefully this thread is still active in 6 months lol.
Last comp in Oct. Branson I hit squat PR of 575lbs., and a dead comp PR of 585lbs. Looking for 600 on both by the end of January 2012.

Great squatting man. BTW, brilliant idea covering up the mirror with the steppers and deadlift mats. I will be doing this on my next squat day lol.
Recently got a 605 squat, still trying to get my deadlift over the hump though.
