I’m in for both parts:
Squatted 550 on Saturday and it was pretty quick. Went 600 rev band squat (-30 at the bottom) and just as quick. Going to attempt 600 at APC nationals in 2 weeks.
Pulled 505 for two triples last week and probably could have been 5 reps or so. Looking for 575 in 2 weeks, we’ll see if it’s there and if my back will hold up through the meet to give me a fair shot at it.
I guess I’m still in lol

Jake- just seems like people have a tendency to focus more on their DL and bench and leave Mr. Squat out of the equation too much.
