Race To 405 Squat

Hit 395 the other day, fell good all the way up a little slow but I think I’ll have it in a month.

I’m getting there, hit 2x5x335 on Sunday.

Best so far has been 365x2 a few months ago, my coaches tell me I should be well into the 400’s by my first meet on March 22nd.

Lifetime PR 325 squat. First time breaking the 2x bodyweight barrier.

I hit 335x5 yesterday which is a PR so I’m making progress.

Got 180kg to depth today, followed it up with a 135kg front squat

I hit 405 at my meet a few months back and then recently took 410 for a ride as a planned 2nd attempt at my March 8th meet.

Im down, My best ever is 355 with just a belt, 165 bw. All i care about is squat anyways

Here’s 140 kg/308 lbs. for a double

I’m probably good for a hard 155-160 kg now. About 20 kg to go.

Also I’m 17 years old, 100 kg bodyweight.

I’m definitely working my way towards this in the next few months, by May at the latest.
Best so far is a 162.5kg (357lbs) squat so about 20kg (48lbs) to go for me too.

Hit 360 lbs x 1 with a belt fairly easily today. Squatting daily and feeling great.

hit 375 lbs for an easy single.

Hit 315 a few weeks ago, proly good for 330 by now… got a long way to go!

Did 390 lbs yesterday for a grinder. I got more in me though. Prob try 405 by the end of this week.

I crushed 391 on Saturday, then missed 435 for my third attempt. I’ll be working off a max of 415-ish for my next progression.
