Just hit 365 this morning… I feel in maybe 2 months I should hit 405
Hit 365 for an easy single. First day back after a week off, meet, and another week off. Missed 370 at the meet so I’m pretty happy how easy if felt it went up. Hoping for 405 in a meet by spring! Added in Joker sets and first set last pause squats for the first time, instantly fell in love.
Oh forgot my stats… i float between 195-200. So this 405 will be decent for me. Currently im working thru an injury of the neck and and 2 weeks in from a 1 month break… still on pain meds… but hell, im gonna train and just avoid painfull movements like benching and stuff… wife just bought a swiss bar for me so im easing in with that. So im confident my 365 will turn into 405 soon

Best squat is 165kg, hoping to get back up above that level by Christmas (hurt my knee). Best recent Joker set is 150kg for an easy single after 135kg for 7
Definitely in, currently at around 150 kg/~330 lbs. Now the year is about to end, I want a 180 kg squat in 2014, then maybe I can set a national record in the sub-juniors with that squat.
Ive passed 405 but i would love to see you guys get there i just wanna say what i did when i was at 375ish that really helped me. Try to do a few sets of walk outs about 20 lbs over your max or max working weight. So say i know i can hit 380 i would do walk outs with 400 and stand there for 3 sets of 10 seconds after your regular squat sets. I dk if this will help anyone but it really seemed to help me get use to heavier weights i still do this. I hopento see you guys hit it soon best of luck -john

It was a box squat but I did 405.6 pounds today for 4 reps. Next up 405 without the box then on to 500.

Grrr… I’ll have to bow out of this for now.
Got up to squatting 145kg x 9 for a PB before Xmas (so I know I’m really close!), but I have some form issues and muscular imbalances (probably related) that desperately need fixing before I squat heavy again.

345 for 1.5 lol. Get video up soon, should hit 4 plates in half a year. Gotta do more paused squats or work from out of the whole!
