I hit 315lb squat x2 last weekend, all time PR, and 315lbs for DL. I’ve hit the DL in the past (thank you Shieko) but I’m getting back to the gym after 6 months of couch sitting.
anyone still in this? I’m just getting back into squatting after a knee injury and hit 225x3, which is the same as my PR lol. I have a ways to go but I know I can hit it in less than a year if I’m diligent with mobility work.
120kg x 8 today, and I felt good for two more, which allegedly puts me in the 150 - 160kg range. Will set my max as 140kg for next cycle, double that at 5 weeks in, then hit 130kg for something in the 8 to 12 range for week 6. It’ll be the third run through of this program, and it’s worked great A 6-Week Squat, Bench, or Deadlift Program
Forgot about this thread. Hit 315x4 last week. Yay
lol this should be in the beginners section. I’m giving myself until the end of the year to hit 315

Same for me. Hit 275x2 recently. I’m sure I could hit 300 if I kept my form a little more consistent. Soon it’ll be within reach…
Wondering where 100kg x 15 on the deadlift puts me… Haven’t maxed out lately though
136kg x 2 today.
140kg x 2 in 2 weeks - it will be crushed
Yeah 315x8 reverse band, 335x3 as well… 315 is in sight once I test
Long time lurker here, just got 315 for 2 deadlift from 225 for one in March. Still working on my squat 245 for 3 ATG from 135 for 2 in March.
Yay! Was shown the low bar position and proof an easy 20 lbs pr for me for 315 squat (already hit 365 dl).
I tore my ACL and and my medial meniscus about a year and a half ago. I started to box squat again like 4 month ago and i’m making some good gains.
275x6 squat
335x3 deadlift
I hit 320X1 exactly one week ago. It was ME day, and I decided to work up to a heavy squat to see how I was doing for squat strength. I couldn’t go wide that day so i went moderate. Here’s the link Photobucket | The safer way to store your photos .

ive already won the race, but am going for reps

495 squat
405 deadlift
395 sumo deadlift
315 front squat
over the next couple weeks, im gonna do an insane volume routine for my dl and squat because i want to get my form tighter than a 12 year old…
max reps im gonna go for =29+ reps…why? because like goku i also want a power level of OVER 9000!!!
happy lifting bitches

Why post in the thread stating you’ve already completed this? Lots of people have done so, but you coming in saying you’ve done so and have thus “won the race” is just coming off as a douche. [/quote]
yuuuurp
After almost two years of trying to reach it, I finally got 315 yesterday. It went up easy, so I attempted, and barely got 335.
The big change was taking a break from low-bar squatting- and instead doing front squats and high-bar squats for the past 7 months, and squatting twice a week for the last 3 months.

done with the squat goal finally : ) I hit a grinder of 300 ATG a long time ago; at that time my heaviest rep PR was 245 for a slow set of 5. I’ve gotten 245 for 10 fast reps recently, so I’m confident 315 is more than doable. The key for me is always just to not get hurt haha.
