I’ll make it very simple for you. This thread is a race to a 315 squat and deadlift. You deadlift more then this and squat more then this (a little high), therefore, you should not be posting in this forum.

Started a four week version with my starting 1RM as 250.
I’d like to join. My DL is a decent ways past 315 (I’m REALLY long armed, so it took little effort. lol), but I’m def in for the squat. Idk what my max is, but I think it’s probably about 240? maybe 250? But lately I’ve REALLY been working on technique, so hopefully I’ll be at 315 soon!
I’ve got the deadlift in the bag and at one point had the squat but that was with sub par form and not a depth I could be proud of. Currently at 275 for the squat with a below parrallel depth! I’ll be there soon hopefully
