I’ll make it very simple for you. This thread is a race to a 315 squat and deadlift. You deadlift more then this and squat more then this (a little high), therefore, you should not be posting in this forum.

Hoping to have both at/above 315 by mid February

in it for teh squat. I hate squats, I’m moving up to 225 for reps today after clearing 215x10 =x

I just did 235 10x3 to finish out the last day of smolov jr last night. Testing my max next week. Hopefully it will be at least 300.

Please do, I’ve always wondered about the results of Smolov jr. Did you do 10 sets of 3 or 3 sets of 10?

Started a four week version with my starting 1RM as 250.

last week was

6x6 195
7x5 210
8x4 220
10x3 235

I’d like to join. My DL is a decent ways past 315 (I’m REALLY long armed, so it took little effort. lol), but I’m def in for the squat. Idk what my max is, but I think it’s probably about 240? maybe 250? But lately I’ve REALLY been working on technique, so hopefully I’ll be at 315 soon!

Friday’s training:

Squats
195x3
225x3
250x6

RDLs
up to 205x6

leg extensions
4x10

shrugs

I’ve got the squat but still going for that deadlift, at 295 right now.

Gonna be joining this for the Front Squat, currently got 225x5, going up consistently too. Merry Christmas everyone!

I’ve got the deadlift in the bag and at one point had the squat but that was with sub par form and not a depth I could be proud of. Currently at 275 for the squat with a below parrallel depth! I’ll be there soon hopefully
