Was wondering what type of programs you all are running for squats & deads.
I myself just started a cycle of Smolov for squats Monday as i felt like i need a more structured program. Will do my best to keep the log here as up to date as possible so drop on by.

I will say this i am really not use to higher reps even with the lower weight.
