Anyone got a clue as to the difference between R-ALA and ALA?? The former is MUCH more expensive, and I’m wondering if y’all have any opinions as to whether or not the added expense is worth it. Also, feel free to PM me with cheap source of either. Thanks in advance…

We’ve covered this extensively on the forum; a great thread to check out would be “More Q’s on ALA,” which took place on the Dog Pound. There are also numerous other threads that will prove to you how superior R-ALA is.
