Which is better to do when cutting trying to keep as much muscle as you can -
(For example, in a normal day I burn 3500 calories without changing my current habits)
A - Make the diet with 3000 calories and continue with my current habits (which burn 500 more than I eat per day)
or
B - Make the diet 4000 calories with a shitload of protein, but increase my activity to the point where I burn 4500 calories per day.
I would think that B would better in preserving muscle, but I’m not sure, what do you think?
