Questions on "Get Back in Shape Blitz"

Hey,

Ended up purchasing this and will start tomorrow.

3 questions if you would be so kind -

Nutrition:

  1. Thursday dinner recommends carbs, but not protein volume. Do I keep it to the avg of the other dinners?
  2. Saturday : Excluding the cheat meal, it’s already at 390g of carbs…can I reduce this a bit? After being on low carbs for long (bar Surge Workout Fuel), that’s one hell of a spike.

Adjustment:

  1. I’m currently averaging ~1650 per day. Taking Tues/Wed as this plans “baseline”, it’s a reduction of ~150 calories from current. Should I reduce all days by ~200 more, to get to the stated “large calorie deficit”?
