A Question on “Get Back in Shape - "Blitz Program"”

I recently purchased the Blitz Program and only have this question:

The workout split is shown and Mon-Tue-Wed-Fri-Sat, with Thu and Sun off.

But on the diet side - which I understand is to compliment or run concurrently with the training schedule - shows Fri being an off day (instead on Thu).

It makes a difference because the “Fri - No Workout” day on the diet schedule is “Hyper Calorie Deficit / Proteins Only” but the training schedule shows to be a Full Body day.

Can anyone clear this up or provide some guidance?

If it’s a CT program, probably best to message him on THIBarmy. He doesn’t come around here anymore.
