I combed every inch (almost) of the recent issues of t-mag but failed to find any info regarding the nutritional breakdown of advanced protein (stuff like grms of protein per scoop and servings per container). Would those that have ordered and received it let me know? And how does it taste like? Does it compares with grow?
This is a customer service question, but since that info isn’t on the site yet, I’ll post it here at the forum (again).
One scoop serving: Cals- 110, Carbs-2, Fat-2, Protein-20. 32 servings per container. Tastes like a thinner Grow! Damned good stuff, if I don’t say so myself. Hope this helps.
Actually, I would be more interested to know the micro-fractiion breakdown of the whey in the protein; GMP content and other minor but significant fraction contents of the product. Also, what is the exact casein to whey ratio of the protein, and if the whey is isolate only, does that mean it is lacking in some of the growth factors that are typically contained in the fat globule?
Chris, could you please post the nutritional info and flavour of Surge. I couldn’t find anything regarding it.
Thanks
I recall seeing it in the BTS column from a couple of issues ago.
Surge has 40g of carbs 35g of protein and a light-sweet taste that is undefined.
Hmmm…not sure where you got your info, Infinity. According to Tim Patterson in his BTS column in issue 148, each two scoop serving contains: 25 grams of d-glucose, 25 grams of maltodextrin, 25 grams of whey hydrolysate and 11.25 grams of a BCAA blend.
I e-mailed customer service when I ordered. I THINK this is what they sent back (I deleted the message), but remember, I was doing the Fat fast, so hell, I may have hallucinated the whole thing and never even really ordered
Maybe BoogaBrain ordered it and you thought you were him. Just kidding…
I would like to know, what the other ingredients that are in advanced protein.
Malitol? Glycerine? Thickening agents? Just curious to know if its very clean because I have a BB show and those things smoothe me out.
