What would the para-workout nutrition be like for 2 a days? I guess it would depend on the type of training, but if it’s split body. Chest in AM and Back in PM. Do two of everything for both sessions and see how body reacts in a week?

I tried the ‘two of everything’, and it certainly work well for rapid gains, it can also be quite a load on the digestive system and the wallet!
The approach with the best cost-to-benefits ratio that I tried was to use only ANACONDA during the first workout, and make it a strength-based workout and use the full protocol with the AM workout which would have a greater volume of work.
However for this to work, you have to train the same muscle group(s) during both sessions.
No details of I, BODYBUILDER shall be given before due time. Sebastien is well aware of it… don’t put pressure on him to reveal anything, just a waste of bandwidth.
The actual I, BODYBUILDER program doesn’t call for two-a-days. I’m not crazy, not many people can handle it. It’s not a strategy that we use all the time. Only when a super rapid progression is needed and that lifestyle allows it.

I mostly just wanted to see what has worked for Sebastian in the past, not really trying to get I,BB details… I’m more interested in the protocols and supps than the actual I,BB program as I have strength and fat-loss goals I would like to accomplish before going on a cycle of training to gain maximum mass.
Your being kinda mysterious LOL, but I’m sure it’ll be worth it. There was a thread where I started to flame someone who asked about the superprogram, but giving it a better thought I’m becoming anxious too.
I would wish the CT/Da Freak duo luck but I’m sure you’re not gonna need it, I guess I just have to say to Sebastian “go 'n crush 'em!”.

But I am glad to hear I,BB isn’t 2-a-days haha!
Thanks for the response Christian!
Well, you’ll be interested to know that I, BODYBUILDER is a strength-based program.

I am glad to hear that! I need to get stronger, super-badly!
if one was to wake up in the middle of the night and “pulse” around 3am and go back to bed, how long would it take for AA levels to drop low enough to make the next pulse optimal? thanks in advance

I believe Christian doesn’t recommend interupting sleep in order to pulse. It’s better to get the needed sleep than pulsing in the middle of the night.
However if you are having to wake up for other reasons, then a pulse could possibly be useful, but sleeping through the night would still be better than waking up and pulsing.

thanks… i probably could’ve have worded that better though. what i meant was if i woke up, randomly, around 3am and did a pulse, how long would i have to wait for my AA levels to drop low enough to do another and make it effective? the reason i ask this is birds and other things wake me sometimes and i may do a pulse if im awake enough and i never know how long to delay what would/should be my first pulse and b-fast. thanks
21.30 - tin of tuna, handful almonds, cottage cheese + fish oil
Non workout days are the same but without the protocol.
I have lost 5lb’s since starting this but am still getting stronger. My problem is I want to gain weight without pigging out every 2 hours and ruining the effect of the pulses/protocol - any ideas?? I do plan on replacing WH with CH and adding in anaconda when available. Currently 194lb’s down from 200, low teens bodyfat and average height.

Thanks; just wanted to be sure, since it seemed a large amount.
What are your thoughts about using BCAA drinks + some carb during workout? or is CH that much faster absorbing still?
CH >>>>>> BCAAs by like alot.
…and what about free form amino acids?
Yes CH is also quicker than FFAA, CT has stated this somewhere in these threads and someone else explained the science as well.
I’m not sure how that’s possible due to the fact that the amino acids themselves is what the CH eventually derives for utilization…if someone can prove me wrong then feel free.

FFAA have to be digested. CH is pre-digested and absorbed in the small intestine. So just accept that CH is the shizzle.
Edit: Ok so FFAA don’t have to be digested… but CH does get absorbed faster still, and is a more complete protein unless you have all the FFAA’s in their proper quantities. So sorry for the mis-info there.
I am taking a week and a half off of working out to give my system a break. I have not taken a break since last year april and I feel as though my body needs it.
I am however going to start protein cycling and I was wondering is now is a good time.
I wa told to decrease my protein intake for 3 weeks straight, while cutting 50 % intake each week untill reaching 40-60 grams of protein a day.
Do that for a week and then do 3 weeks of 1.5 grams per pounds of protein (would be about 240-280 for me)
Would it be a good idea to start decreasing my protein intake in this resting week or would i suffer much muscle loss?
Is there a more effective way to cycle protein in order to pulse protein later on?
And while on that very low phase of protein intake, when and from what should these proteins be coming from? Should they be cassein before bed? Whey after workout…?
ps. if anyone knows of a more effective protein pulsing/ cycling protocol (like the CT’s one which i can’t find), please post the link or outline it for me.
My guess would be a difference between osmolarity and molecular weight between FFAA and CHY. Just because you have broken down a protein into aminos doesn’t mean it is absorbed quicker. It just means it is basically pre-digested. Just a guess.
