I should be scared, I’m gonna have to buy me a hummer or something now!! Seriously I’ve been up to 245 last year but in less than ideal condition, with a smart plan I’m pretty sure I can get there hard enough I won’t have to put all the mirrors of the house in the trash haha!
What caloric intake will you be using to get you there? Apart from para-workout nutrition if it’s easier to think about it that way, cause I know your a bodybuilder so you can’t be very good at math…

HAHA well put!! I figure I’m gonna eat about 4000-4500 calories from meals, plus the para-workout protocol for 2 workouts each day. CT probably has the whole plan stashed somewhere in a high security facility, but that’s what I would see for now. I think that CH pulses might allow me to eat less and grow more though.
Wowzers! 2-a-days! I know CT has always said he’s felt that splitting workout into two sessions will always be more effective than one, cool he’s implementing it with you. If he implemented it with I, Bodybuilder program it might drop the number of people able to do it as well, heh.
Any other details of your schedule you’d like to disclose? I’d be interested in how many days/week you’d be working out and maybe which bodyparts on each day.

The actual I, BODYBUILDER program doesn’t call for two-a-days. I’m not crazy, not many people can handle it. It’s not a strategy that we use all the time. Only when a super rapid progression is needed and that lifestyle allows it.

What would the para-workout nutrition be like for 2 a days? I guess it would depend on the type of training, but if it’s split body. Chest in AM and Back in PM. Do two of everything for both sessions and see how body reacts in a week?
