By the way I’m up to 225 right now, I should gain a good 10 pounds more when I incorporate Anaconda back with CH pulses - I ran out of Anaconda 10 days ago, seriously I went through all my stuff looking for only ONE container to finish the week… no bull!!

Hello Sebastian!: good to see you around.

Good luck with your upcoming show!

Thanks!! It’s done though, I finished 3rd in the light heavyweight division at the Quebec Provincials.

Yeah but I mean you have another like in 3 weeks right? You gotta take advantage of pulsing, paraworkout nutrition and I, BODYBUILDER ;)!!!
Well I chose to skip the nationals, after talking with Christian and taking a honest look at my physique, my drive and my energy levels, really my tank was empty. I’ll be doing the 2010 Nationals, where I’ll come in at the top of the heavyweight class. In the best conditions I would have been a little bit better at the nationals than at the provincials this year, so it was not worth it. Let’s say I’m choosing my battles!

I’m still gonna take advantage of pulsing and the paraworkout nutrition at the fullest for the next year though  A lot better than only 3 weeks! I’m eager to start using pulses, Chris has told me a lot about it, when I get some CH in Colorado in a short while I’ll let you know how it goes.

The future of bodybuilding nutrition. Biotest should make a CH product ASAP.

They already have one, it’s just not available on the market for now.

Oh IC. Were you on Surge Workout Fuel pre Physique Clinic?
Are you in charge of this forums for now?
I wish you the best with Da gains man!!! LOL.

I’ve had a look around and couldn’t see anything posted on this already, sorry if it has been covered!

Could amino pulsing be used around cardio i.e runs between 20 and 45 mins and sprint training, as well as weight training?
If so is the protocol the same?

Thank you for your time

Good points however I believe CT said that if you eat quick digesting meals like egg whites or pork tenderloin, that you can do a pulse 2 hours later.

So from what I gather from this pulse theory… Mostly everyone is being stupid by eating 6-8 meals per day, and you can make faster gains by eating 3 meals per day, when they are spaced 5-6 hours apart?

You can eat 15 minutes after pulsing so there is no need for a reduction of meals.

This is true, however you must let amino acid levels fall to a low enough level before pulsing again in order to have any additional benefits. If you are eating too often and keeping amino acids elevated too high constantly then pulsing will offer no additional benefit because you need to go from a state of amino acid depletion/low level (how low one needs to be may be up for debate if you read some of the things DH has posted in these threads) to a state of hyperaminoacidemia/high level within a short amount of time to trigger protein synthesis, correct me if I’m wrong.
Sebastien wasn’t on the physique clinic. He is a bodybuilder I trained, and train. And one of the first test subjects for the para-workout protocol.

When I told Sebastien (Da Freak) that we would bring him up to 260, that’s the first time I ever saw fear in his eyes!

If he looks freaky at 220-225…

It’s not because of the Physique Clinic or if he was there, but I noticed that you launched the Surge Workout Fuel on those times, and I asked if he was already using it before PC.

Haaaa… gotcha!

Sebastien started to use Alpha-GPC, Workout fuel, Surge Recovery and Anaconda when we hooked up together again this year.

I should be scared, I’m gonna have to buy me a hummer or something now!! Seriously I’ve been up to 245 last year but in less than ideal condition, with a smart plan I’m pretty sure I can get there hard enough I won’t have to put all the mirrors of the house in the trash haha!

What caloric intake will you be using to get you there? Apart from para-workout nutrition if it’s easier to think about it that way, cause I know your a bodybuilder so you can’t be very good at math…

Thanks!

HAHA well put!! I figure I’m gonna eat about 4000-4500 calories from meals, plus the para-workout protocol for 2 workouts each day. CT probably has the whole plan stashed somewhere in a high security facility, but that’s what I would see for now. I think that CH pulses might allow me to eat less and grow more though.

Wowzers! 2-a-days! I know CT has always said he’s felt that splitting workout into two sessions will always be more effective than one, cool he’s implementing it with you. If he implemented it with I, Bodybuilder program it might drop the number of people able to do it as well, heh.

Any other details of your schedule you’d like to disclose? I’d be interested in how many days/week you’d be working out and maybe which bodyparts on each day.

Oh wait… right… the top secret schedule is hidden in the mind of CT…

Well maybe what’s worked for you in the past then?

I will have to let CT reveal you everything about that, since I have NO IDEA what he will have me do for the next months… we’re starting a new program next week, stay tuned about that.

 1. No details of I, BODYBUILDER shall be given before due time. Sebastien is well aware of it… don’t put pressure on him to reveal anything, just a waste of bandwidth.

 2. The actual I, BODYBUILDER program doesn’t call for two-a-days. I’m not crazy, not many people can handle it. It’s not a strategy that we use all the time. Only when a super rapid progression is needed and that lifestyle allows it.

What would the para-workout nutrition be like for 2 a days? I guess it would depend on the type of training, but if it’s split body. Chest in AM and Back in PM. Do two of everything for both sessions and see how body reacts in a week?
