hey, ive come across 2 aricles recently on this site regarding leg training. one was of a hungarian guy with massive trunks, and the other was of a speed skaters training methods. One guy did 130lbs for 8mins straight, bout 200-300 or so reps, the speed skater(Charles Poliquin article i think) did 300 reps on 200lbs approx, both authors said that these athletes had legs that an body builder would die for, and both authors are very experienced in thier fields. Could this approach be a good change up for other body parts, and how many times per week would these guys do such hard sessions, seems to go against other BB methods ive studied over the years.
cheers
Legs are different than arms ect, 20 rep squats will give you big legs, 1 set of 20 bench… will probably do jack shit.
They just arent the same thing. But as far as your question, I dont know.
yes it can work. Many old carpenters will have a big right bicep.
