Breakfast 8:00AM
30g Protein bar
Lunch 11:00AM
Spinach Herb Wrap(Turkey(typically 4 deli slices) spinach, romaine lettace, olives, banana peppers, olives, olive oil and 2 triangles of American Cheese).
Banana
Grape/Cranberry Juice 10 fl. oz
snack 1:00
Peanut butter 5-8 tablespoons.
And sometimes handful of almonds
Dinner 5:00
Same wrap as above
and workout days i end the day with
30g dextrose & 24-30g of protein powder with water.
Workout every 3 days( i was recommended to do that…)
I workedout with a guy that use to be a bodybuilder and worked out at venice golds gym and all this stuff hes family friends with lou freggno or watever so i thought he had credentials he said ur body cant recover that fast if u work out every other day. Just to get big and i was but its mostly like fat prob cuz i just got to college but ya thats the deal. I was wondering how i can keep gaining weight with that diet, doesnt make sense that id keep at 170 or keep addin a pound and pound
You gave us a rough mealplan and you stats (sans body fat), that is not nearly enough information to work with.
A more accurate calories count would be nice, as well as a rough outline of the routine you do once every 3 days (?!?). Also a description as to what the weight gain could be. Is it muscle, is it fat, did this suddenly creep up in 3 days, probably making it water weight. How rapid is ‘rapid’, and how much weight was it?

(Although judging from your diet, it seems to be lacking in protein. And I’m pretty sure shoving 5-8 tablespoons of nut butter down your throat with an almond chaser isn’t the best snack for body composition concerns)
Well i entered School in September at roughly 155lbs and im currently at around 170, it just seems to be alot for me and in a short period of time because it took me a while to get to 155 from 141, and that just took off. Im not quite sure how to get nutritional stats on that cuz its from school cafeteria, but i tried looking it up on the school website to no avail. I go biceps, back, legs. one day and triceps shoulders and pecs the other with traps. But i was hoping to gain mass, but not that rapidly as it seems to just have blown up my belly. I have access hamburgers and chicken breast sandwiches and i sometimes sub the wrap for the chicken breast but wrap just seemed to be a healthier choice.
