i been taking these for a 2 weeks. and i do notice a slight change especially on cardio for soccer. today i took them at 11am (weight training) one serving (3 capsules) . also i have a soccer game at 8:30pm. should i take another serving before i play. it says to take 3 capsules twice daily. and says do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
Not to flame, but why not use HOT-ROX?
