Question On Ab Routine...

First of all I’m going to say that my ideal body in the future is one like Arnolds/Mr. Olympia…I’m into bodybuilding and I’m trying to get some nice ripped abs. I know it takes time but every time I do my ab excercise I don’t get much of a burn, and the next day I’m never sore…What is a good routine you guys would recommend me that works for you?

Going for the “burn” and “soreness” is not an indicator of progress or a good workout.

Keep working your ass off and eating if you want to reach Olympia proportions and standards.
