Question for Jim about ACV

Jim,

In your 531 for Powerlifting you mention using apple cider vinegar…I’ve seen health claims about this stuff before (usually from the hacky sack playing dreadlock wearing Whole Foods hippie crew).

I was wondering what your take on it’s effects are? Specifically, what effects have you noticed or what is the reason behind your recommendation for it’s use?

It definetly helped my skin and to a degree, my blood pressure. But like anything in life, nothing takes the place of hard work. My BP is way below normal and all I did was commit to the AirDyne. No change in diet. The taste is horrible though. I no longer eat or drink anything I dislike in the name of “health”. I’ve had other people use if and swear its helped their hair look fuller but that’s something I’ve had no luck with.

Not to sound too old fashioned but when I started thinking and implementing my own Weak Point system, evaluating all areas of training and my commitment, I saw where true improvements can be made. This is just my way of thinking and obviously this is singular to me, but when I did this, a lot of things opened up. And many more closed down. Both were positive.
