Question for Don Alessi

i love your meltdown training (I,II,III), i’ve try them all before,
now i’ve a question. since i’ve a pair of bad knees, i need a little bit longer time to build their strength back to normal. i can train my upper body heavy, but not those with leg use(eg. push press, deadlift), can you give me a suggestion for “upper body only meltdown” program? the only cardio i can do now is light cycling, is that enough for my lower body training?
