Meal scheduling question.I get up and eat breakfast at 7:30, and then work out at 4:30. So, of course I eat at 7:30, 10:30, 1:30. However, what should I do after that? Do I wait until 4:30, and start sippin my surge? Or maybe have somethin small again at 3:30? Any advice would be appreciated.
Something small around 3PM should be fine.
