Chad, I have a question. My father has expressed an interest in wanting to start lifting weights again. The problem is, three of the lower discs in his back have completely ruptured (S4, S5, not sure what the third one is, they’re the lower ones though, and this causes some of his bones to occasionally press into his siatic nerve, which of course causes leg and foot pain). Considering a lot of people have talked about improved strength with your ABBH program, I’ve thought about getting him to try that. But given his back problem, how should he change the program and what other exercising should he do to help it?
