Question About Pre-Fatiguing

Oh, look PX caused yet another retarded shit thread. What a shocker.

I think we should all put him on ignore for the sake of improving the quality of the forum. Who is with me? Even making fun of him is getting old…
LOL. Please do.

I am sure your posts have helped many people here.

I really liked his posts about bodyweight and lateral raise strength in the powerlifting forum, but I’ll agree that playing poke the bear has gotten old.

? A post about how increased body weight helped with leverage during lifts made you laugh?

A whole thread of the same shit from the same people. If any of you have this much of a problem with everything written, ignore my posts and move on.

It says something about those of you who do this that it happens all the time no matter what.

What’s great is those who actually did understand what was written in this thread.

Here is that “hilarious” thread:

Uh, yeah…that might explain your avatar.

i think the biggest problem was that you implied the other method of “pre fatiguing” in which many bodybuilders such as john meadows and dorian yates use , was wrong…

^^exactly.

The issue wasn’t the fact that the term “pre fatigued” was blatantly being misused it was the adamant stance that the other, widely accepted and practiced, method was so wrong and stupid.

That’s what got the ball rolling here.

Cool name dropping. It would seem some of you literally degrade any info that isn’t from a training article or book.

Bottom line, I gave a technique that worked for me and others. I don’t know or care who endorsed the other concept.

Ignoring advice because it didn’t come from John Meadows will only set you back in the long run.

I have said that before, get your info from as many sources as possible…especially those huge guys in the gym who do not follow training articles but got swole anyway.

The problem here is people defending authors…instead of thinking for themselves at all.

Most of the people I know who can quote every single article…look the worst. That is because you can’t read your way through hard work and dedication.

??? I asked why someone would do that. So did Matty. You only ran after one person.

Everyone can see that.

Professor X, people would think a lot more of you if you were a big enough man to admit that in this one instance, you just got it wrong.

its ok, we all get things wrong

I didn’t “run after” anyone.

I had a few exchanges with Matty, don’t know if you read them.

We wrote back and forth about the thought process behind the methods, it was civil and no insults or condescending tones were used.

That is why people weren’t offended by Matty. He is a nice guy who doesn’t look/talk/post down to people.

Another powerlifting thread:

Still wondering why someone would tell me not to post in that forum.

Seems like the same douche bags who would ignore advice because they can quote John Meadows like the national anthem.

I am sure John Meadows knows his shit…but that doesn’t mean everyone else is ignorant or that knowing jargon means you know bodybuilding.

i just said dorian yates and john meadows because they’re fairly well known and its worked for them but many people on this site have done it as well(Stu,Ebomb,Bugs,Blaze) and it seems to be working for them as well lol. im not saying your way of pre fatiguing is wrong but to imply sometihng is wrong like you were doing because you’ve never done it that way is well just stupid… especially if its worked many other people…

?? I didn’t insult John Meadows or Dorian Yates.

I asked why someone would do that…and then as usual, the same guys jumped in.

It has gotten old.

If you think what I write is so useless, ignore my posts.

I think what gets most of you going…is that you know I do have some knowledge here.

Most of you argued about a definition for several pages…while the OP got it right off.

What is more important?

Where did I say it was “wrong”?

Please show me the post that says this was wrong.

If you can’t find it, then apologize and move on.
Professor X wrote:
Why would I want to “pre-fatigue” my chest on CHEST DAY???
This is not “asking” why would someone do that what the hell are you smoking

Feel free to say whatever you like but this is clearly you saying this is wrong in a sarcastic tone and every single person here can see that. You should drop it

i didnt say you said it was wrong but you did imply it in the first page.

“Why would I want to “pre-fatigue” my chest on CHEST DAY???”
"Why would I want to weaken my chest WHEN TRAINING MY CHEST IN PRIORITY?? "

i guess you the cap locks and the extra question marks is how you usually ask questions lol.

??? So a QUESTION now means I am “implying” something is wrong?

LOL

You haven’t apologized.

Apparently, you all have to read into what I am saying to be offended.

That means the problem is YOU if I didn’t write it.

Simply put, if you all wanted a discussion, then answering the question would have been how you do it.

Instead, we got this.

Blame yourselves…again.

i guess everyone on this website is just out to get you for no apparent reason and we’re all wrong lol.

LOL, you literally did not adress one single thing from my post, made things up that I never said and went off on your own thing.

Classic.
