When setting up circuit workouts three times per week, would you recommend using the same reps, exercises, and load each day?
So, MWF, would it be, for example, five circuits of:
Trap bar deadlift x 3-6
Bench Press x 3-6
DB Row x 3-6
Or would there be a heavy day and a light day? Or would you have a day with different exercises or methods?
