“New Circuit Training Workout’s” Question

Coach, or anyone whose done this set up,in regards to the article you recently wrote…. Vital Whole Human - T NATION

In terms of the Hypertrophy, post fatigue set up, are you doing the compound main lift+ the two targeted isolation movements in a circuit and then moving on to the next main lift/isolation combo or is everything done straight through?
