Question About a Chad Waterbury Program

I am doing some Chad Waterbury mass building programs.

With programs like SOB Training, for example, should I do one set of an exercise, rest and then one set of the next exercise and so on OR should I be doing all of the sets for that exercise before moving on to the next?

Here is what I mean. If the work out says bench press 10 x 3 and rows 10 x 3. Do I do all the bench press sets or alternate sets between presses and rows??

All the exercises are to be done as straight sets

Exercise A: Set 1, rest, Set 2, rest, Set 3, etc. until all sets and reps are done for that specific exercsie…then move on to the next exercise and do the same thing

In SOB training there are no supersets. If you are to superset, like in ABBH, you’ll see A1/A2, B1/B2, etc.

Thanks, will do!

One more thing. I’m doing ABBH now, should I do ABBH II straight after? and should I have a rest week between programs?

You can do ABBH II next if you want. I think there is a suggestion for routine order somewhere on this site. I don’t think I ever really finished ABBH II myself. He suggested once doing ABBH for 3 weeks and then switching the exercises around (Dips 10x3 and bench 5x10, front squats 10x3 and deadlifts 5x10). I just pretty much switched back and forth between doing that, Big Boy Basics, and Waterbury Method. I wouldn’t take an entire week off. Just do a de-loading week.
