They are listed in the replies to several of the articles he has written. Each one, he’s changed his recommendations a little bit as well. Read the replies to the articles (ABBH, SFM, Waterbury Method, etc.).

Does anyone know the specific reasoning behind Chad’s sequencing of his programs?
He does seem to alternate strength programs with more hypertrophy geared ones.
That’s what I have notcied at least.
